Just thought you'd like to know. We had pork chops tonight, with zucchini, mushroom, shallots and garlic chives on the side. They were delicious - so tender and juicy. We didn't need any sauce with them! M and R

Superb roast!

I cooked the loin chops on my first night of having the pork and the guys said it was very nice. When I cooked the roast it was the first time I have ever had a pork roast that was not dry. This roast was absolutely superb - well done! S and F

Great roast!

Enjoyed the roast yesterday - rich, juicy meat roasted with apricots that went down a storm with the family. The crackling was so good it inspired a bout of squabbling amongst the kids! Some time later I caught my 4 year old daughter furtively helping herself to more meat from the fridge! Will certainly buy another pack when available. M

The bacon is like no bacon I have ever eaten before! Totally delicious and I am now resisting the temptation to go and cook some up for a snack - just thinking about it has me drooling! I love the flavourings you have used. At my first bite I thought perhaps it was a little too salty but by the time I had finished it I didnt think so. Truly a taste revelation, congratulations on a fine product and all the best with everything. M
